Sunday School is held every Sunday morning from 9:40-10:40 AM for both children and adults.

Sunday School is offered for children 2 years-5th grade. Dedicated teachers assure that the children are growing spiritually by providing scripturally sound lessons where children join in the fun of exciting Bible stories, arts and crafts, and active games—all combined into a faith experience that helps children discover what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ today.

Classes are located:

Two Year Olds: Children's Center 101

Three Year Olds: Children's Center 103

Four Year Olds: Children's Center 202

Kindergarten: Children's Center 206

1st through 3rd Grade: Parish Hall

4th-5th: 3rd floor "Oasis" (chapel building)

Leaving your child in the nursery

1. Infants are welcome in the church nursery as soon as your pediatrician gives his/her approval. This is usually after 6 weeks and the first round of Polio DPT shots are completed.

2. Please do not leave your child if they have the following symptoms:

  • Fever
  • Heavy nasal discharge
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Contagious rash

The 1st through 5th Grade Sunday School experience will offer children the opportunity to be in community with their peers and adult leaders in a nurturing environment. Children will experience exciting worship in a kid-friendly way, participate in interactive storytelling and build relationships in a small group setting. Everything we will teach for our 1st-5th graders is based on one of three basic, but powerful, truths modeled by Jesus in Luke 2:52:

I need to make the wise choice. (wisdom)
I can trust God no matter what. (faith)
I should treat others the way I want to be treated. (friendship)
